01 / OUR EXPERTISE

Improve the financial and operational impact of your spending.

Cost decisions affect margins, service delivery, and the resources available to run your business. TCS works with finance, operations, and procurement leaders to identify where spending can deliver greater value—and put those improvements into practice.

01

Procurement & strategic sourcing

Align purchasing with business priorities. Evaluate requirements, strengthen sourcing decisions, and negotiate supplier agreements that account for total cost, quality, service, and risk.

02

Supply chain efficiency

Improve how goods and supplies move through your organization. Address distribution, logistics, and service levels to reduce avoidable costs and support operational needs.

03

Operational improvement

Examine utilization, workflows, and resource deployment. Reduce waste, simplify processes, and align spending with the services and outcomes your organization needs.

04

Supplier & spend management

Strengthen visibility and accountability across outside spend. Review supplier performance, contract compliance, and purchasing practices to help sustain value over time.

02 / THE APPROACH

From opportunity to measurable improvement.

TCS works alongside your finance, operations, and procurement teams to turn analysis into action. Each engagement reflects your priorities, operating requirements, and capacity for change.

Discuss your priorities ↗
  1. Understand & prioritize

Analyze spending, supplier agreements, utilization, and workflows. Combine the data with your team’s operational knowledge to identify opportunities and assess their financial impact, feasibility, and service implications.

  2. Implement & execute

Develop a practical action plan with clear ownership. Support sourcing, negotiations, process changes, and implementation—working with stakeholders to address barriers and protect essential service requirements.

  3. Measure & sustain

Establish a baseline and track financial and operational results. Distinguish identified opportunities from realized savings, monitor service and supplier performance, and put practices in place to help improvements last.

03 / WHERE WE LOOK FOR OPPORTUNITY

Examine overlapping products, services, and purchasing practices. Reduce unnecessary variation while accounting for operational requirements.
