01 / WHAT WE DO

Turn outside spend into stronger performance.

TCS helps finance, operations, and procurement leaders improve margins, maintain service continuity, and strengthen purchasing discipline. We connect cost decisions with the operational requirements they need to support.

01

Get more value from purchasing

Address fragmented buying, unclear requirements, and supplier agreements that no longer fit your needs. Balance total cost with quality, service, and risk.

02

Improve supply chain efficiency

Reduce avoidable distribution and logistics costs while supporting reliable service. Align delivery choices and service levels with operational needs.

03

Reduce waste in operations

Address unnecessary consumption, inefficient workflows, and resources that are not being used effectively. Simplify how work gets done while protecting essential services.

04

Keep spending and suppliers accountable

Close gaps in spend visibility, contract compliance, and supplier performance. Establish purchasing practices and accountability that help improvements last.

02 / OUR APPROACH

From opportunity to measurable improvement.

TCS works alongside your finance, operations, and procurement teams to turn analysis into action. Each engagement reflects your priorities, operating requirements, and capacity for change.

Let’s discuss your priorities ↗
  1. Understand & prioritize

Analyze spending, supplier agreements, utilization, and workflows. Combine the data with your team’s operational knowledge to identify opportunities and assess their financial impact, feasibility, and service implications.

  2. Implement & execute

Develop a practical action plan with clear ownership. Support sourcing, negotiations, process changes, and implementation—working with stakeholders to address barriers and protect essential service requirements.

  3. Measure & sustain

Establish a baseline and track financial and operational results. Distinguish identified opportunities from realized savings, monitor service and supplier performance, and put practices in place to help improvements last.

WHERE WE LOOK FOR OPPORTUNITY

More ways to
improve your margins.

The right combination of actions depends on your business. Our work considers demand, purchasing, suppliers, and operations together.

Align usage with need

Review consumption, service levels, and specifications to identify spending that no longer supports the business.

Simplify and standardize

Examine overlapping products, services, and purchasing practices. Reduce unnecessary variation while accounting for operational requirements.

Improve supplier performance

Review agreements, accountability, and service delivery so supplier relationships support your cost and performance objectives.

Improve how work gets done
